Fly High

 

As I lay here with My brown skin submerge in this bubble bath water...

I think... And I think... And I can't stop thinking...

Feeling the insanity as my brain goes from zero to overdrive...

My confusion has to end...

And my mind needs to be made up like today. Like now. Like forever

My life begins at this very moment...

Before I was just here... Like a robot being controlled by my daily routine...

Surrounded by a wall wondering what's on the other side...

If I jump over the fence will I survive...

It's a risk I'm willing to take...

Cause maybe just maybe

the grass Is neon green on the other side and sky is baby blue...

The sun is shining so bright that it looks white..

And the sound of the wind is a love song...

I've been afraid for to long to reveal my true self...

I'm an alien in a world full of humans and I feel out of place...

But today things change...

I'm not a bird but I believe that I can fly...

Or maybe its the 2nd hand smoke that's got me so high...

Either way it goes I'm in bliss and I feel great...

So I'm a climb up that wall...

And I'm a jump...
